The contenders are: Calgary Chamber of Commerce, Calgary (Canada), Federation of Industries of the State of Santa Catarina, Florianópolis (Brazil), Orlando Economic Partnership, Orlando (United States), Chamber of Industry, Commerce, Services and Tourism of Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz (Bolivia); Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, San Juan (Puerto Rico), and Ontario Chamber of Commerce, Toronto (Canada).
