12th World Chambers Congress White Paper

The 12th World Chambers Congress, first ICC hybrid event and first in-person event since the pandemic, took place on 23-25 November 2021 both in Dubai and virtually. Co-organised with Dubai Chamber of Commerce under the theme “Generation Next: Chambers 4.0”, this edition gathered 1500 delegates coming from 123 countries.
This document is a White Paper published at the end of the Congress by Dubai Chamber of Commerce. It contains:
- Information about what is an adaptive strategy, together with a model for adaptation and transformation, relevant to both chambers and businesses, and elaborates on what Chamber Model Innovation is.
