Filling instructions and forms

Claims, Answers, Supplements and Decisions must be submitted using the appropriate Form. Claimant(s) and Respondent(s) must submit the applicable Form to the Centre electronically, including as the case may be a hardcopy, and follow the instructions below. 

All fields in the relevant Form must be completed concisely, in English, and must contain all necessary information clearly presented. If a document accompanying a Claim, Answer or Supplement contains data not drafted in English, it must be accompanied by an English translation, unless the Centre agrees otherwise in writing. 

A Claim, Answer and Supplement are considered final as received and may not be amended. 

In order to submit a Claim, request Form 1 by sending an e-mail to docdex@iccwbo.org. 

Once completed, Form 1 should be sent by email to docdex@iccwbo.org and  in sufficient number of hardcopies (only if a notification in hard copy is requested), to

Forms 2, 3 and 4 shall be sent electronically by the Centre when processing the Claim.
