The ICC Hearing Centre in Paris has been an essential part of our offering and has been integral to Paris as a leading arbitral centre and seat.
Having served the needs of the global dispute resolution community for 13 years, our ICC Hearing Centre is currently closed and will reopen in 2024 at a brand-new location in the heart of Paris. Our aim? To ensure our services continue to exceed the expectations of our valued Arbitration and ADR community and ensure our guests benefit from the very latest advances in technology and hybrid hearings.
Until we reopen our doors for in-person hearings in 2024, we remain committed to offering the highest quality virtual and hybrid hearings and meetings — in cases from any institution or ad hoc cases, and across time zones.
For your in-person hearings in Paris during this time, our ICC Hearing Centre team remains available to offer guidance and assistance on a number of alternative venues and remains at your service from the reservation process until completion of your hearing.
Virtual and hybrid hearings
We’re constantly evolving our Virtual Hearing Solution to adapt to any Hearing – whether a Hearing with all participants attending remotely or with some participants present at a venue in Paris. Our solutions provide the security, quality service and ease of use necessary to ensure a seamless transition to a virtual environment.
To facilitate the use of our Virtual Hearing Solution we provide training to users, conduct tests in advance and provide the services of a neutral moderator/technician for the duration of the Hearing if required.

Virtual and Hybrid Hearing Solutions
Every Hearing is unique. Every case has its particular set of considerations and needs. At the ICC Hearing Centre, we understand that there is no one-size-fits-all solution for virtual or hybrid Hearings.
