University partnerships

ICC is committed to supporting the next generation of legal practitioners in enhancing their knowledge and skills as dispute resolution professionals. Through university partnerships and educational initiatives, we cultivate the expertise, practical insights and global perspectives needed to deliver effective dispute prevention and resolution in today’s global economy.

As part of ICC’s collaboration with leading universities across the world, academics can exchange knowledge, share best practices and access ICC resources in international dispute resolution. Central to this initiative is the International Arbitration Module, a practice-oriented programme designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice. The module also adds a practical, hands-on elements to theoretical legal frameworks, including real-world case scenarios, practical exercises and specialised publications. It complements ICC’s broader educational initiatives for students, including the ICC Vis Pre-Moot, the ICC Mediation Competition, and the ICC Dispute Resolution Universities Programme.
