ICC Case Information
Increasing the information available to parties, the business community at large and academia is key in ensuring that arbitration remains a trusted tool to facilitate trade. This directory provides key information on ICC arbitration cases without compromising expectations of confidentiality.
Information provided in ICC cases registered as of 1 January 2016: (i) the names of the arbitrators, (ii) their nationality, (iii) their role within a tribunal, (iv) the method of their appointment, and (v) whether the arbitration is pending or closed.
Additional information provided in ICC cases registered as of 1 January 2020: (vi) the sector of industry involved (vii) counsel representing the parties in the case and (viii) names of tribunal secretaries and their nationality.
For arbitrations conducted under the 2026 Rules, this information will be published once the initial Case Management Conference has been held.
For arbitrations conducted under earlier versions of the Rules, this information will be published after the Terms of Reference have been transmitted to or approved by the Court, or after the Case Management Conference has taken place for cases under the Expedited Procedure Provisions.
The information will be updated in the event of a change in the arbitral tribunal’s composition or party representation (without however mentioning the reason for the change).
This information will remain on the ICC website after the closure of the arbitration unless the concerned individual requests its erasure in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
