What is the recruitment process?

Submit your application through our online portal.

Our interview process typically includes 3 interviews followed by a reference check. Additional steps can include written assessments, business cases, and/or a coffee chat with the team. The complete interview process usually takes 4-6 weeks.

  1. Talent Acquisition Interview – 30 minutes 
  2. Hiring manager Interview 30 minutes –1 hour
  3. Senior Management/ Department Head interview – 30 minutes
  4. Reference checks for shortlisted candidates (with prior notification)  
  5. Potential assessment, such as a written exercise or business case *

*Can be done in various stages  

Once you have been selected, you will typically receive an offer within 2 weeks from your last step in the evaluation process. After that, our team will reach out to start the onboarding!
