The role

We are seeking a National Committee and Membership Data Officer to manage the membership data for ICC's global network and the global ICC national committee Intranet.

 

You will work on a variety of tasks, including:

  • Content management. Monitor and manage content on our global platforms (website, member portal, etc.) and ensure national committee contributors (NCs) regularly update their information (members, local committees, staff, etc.);
  • Collaboration with other departments. Coordinate with relevant departments to gather and update content as needed;
  • Collaboration with national committees. Liaise with NC colleagues to ensure the NC Intranet (NC Connect) is regularly updated with accurate and relevant HQ and NC material;
  • Troubleshooting. Address any technical issues related to the online platform;
  • Platform training. Train ICC Headquarters and NC colleagues on how to use NC Connect;
  • Database update. Regularly review, clean and update member databases, and leverage CRM data and tools to provide insightful reports on NCs and membership;
  • Administrative support. Assist the manager and the team with administrative tasks such as the preparation of meetings, NC and membership-related communications and other needs that may arise;
  • Event organisation. Participate in the team’s projects including the organisation of events and other membership-related activities for the ICC national committee network.

Requirements

Do not hesitate to apply if you:

  • Have a bachelor's degree (or higher) or equivalent practical experience;
  • Have three to five years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a public or non-profit environment;
  • Possess excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office and other database tools);
  • Have prior experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, etc.);Have a solid knowledge and experience in creating and posting online content in English;
  • Are well-organised with a thorough attention to detail;
  • Can take initiative and are able to work autonomously;
  • Are curious and adaptable, with a strong problem-solving mindset;
  • Are a great team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Are fluent in English (a working knowledge of French would be an advantage).
