About the role

We are seeking a Programme Manager to join and support the work of the ICC Centre of Entrepreneurship – a global programme bringing together chambers of commerce and ICC’s global network of over 90 national committees to promote thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems.

This is a remote consultancy position.

In this role, you will:

  • Help design SME-support and entrepreneurship programmes for global, regional and local level;
  • Design market entry accelerators to help SMEs discover new markets;
  • Support the creation of knowledge assets that would help chambers and other local ICC partners strengthen their SME support activities;
  • Support external conversations with potential donors and partner organisations;
  • Help create frameworks around impact evaluation and KPIs to help assess success of programmes;
  • Provide subject matter support for any research, roundtables or events pertaining to entrepreneurship and SME development.

 

Requirements

Do not hesitate to apply if you:

  • Have at least five years of experience in design and implementation of entrepreneurship and small business programmes;
  • Have a general understanding of priority thematic areas in entrepreneurship, such as market entry, sustainability and artificial intelligence;
  • Are able to work in a multistakeholder environment and are at ease  working through uncertainty;
  • Have exposure to the global entrepreneurship ecosystem;
  • Enjoy working with a global team;
  • Possess good organisational, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Are willing to travel;
  • Native-level fluency in English required and a good command of Spanish will be an added advantage.
