The role

ICC Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) is hiring a Data Analyst to maintain DRS business-as-usual data activities as well as supporting data-related operational transformation.  

 

Key Responsibilities

Applicants must be able to master a complex ecosystem, connect data from multiple sources, and support operational transformation as part of an ongoing transition from legacy tools to ICC DRS’ new case management platform launched in April 2025. This includes understanding business needs, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and supporting the delivery of enhanced DRS data outputs.

  • Data Integration & Reporting: Monitor DRS data from various sources to deliver clear, accurate data extracts, reports, dashboards, and presentations. Enhance existing and create new outputs according to DRS business needs for DRS Office of the Secretary General case management teams, Operational support, Documentation & Research Centre, DRS Regional Directors (…)
  • Financial Data Reporting: Coordinate with the DRS Financial Administration Hub and Finance team on reporting needs, maintain and enhance financial reports and ensure alignment between operational and financial data.
  • Support Business Intelligence: Enhance DRS service / performance monitoring for DRS departments (case management, operations, marketing, etc.).
  • Support Digital Transformation: Contribute to projects under the digital program by ensuring reporting continuity and relevance from various platforms (ICA Base, ICC Case Connect, 360X, SAP, and Power BI), performing data mapping and defining data requirements
  • User Support & Training: Create documentation and provide hands-on support to staff adapting to new data-related tools and processes.
  • Project Participation: Assist with any data queries, meeting participation, documentary preparation, testing, and follow-up tasks related to transformation / data management initiatives.

Requirements

  • University degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
  • Relevant professional experience in data analytics and mastery of Power BI
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Familiarity with varied query languages (SQL, Power Query, Dax etc) and ability to rely on varied data sources (SharePoint, SAP by Design etc)
  • Familiarity with project management principles and demonstrated ability to participate in projects
  • Business acumen, prior experience in arbitration, ADR and/or legal training field considered an advantage 
  • Good organizational, interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Full ability to operate in an autonomous manner and to be proactive
  • Full ability to meet reporting obligations, communicate well as part of a team and adopt a transparent, coordinated approach to tasks and projects
  • Orientation to detail, ability to explain large amounts of information in a simple, organized manner
  • Perfect fluency in English & French, other languages are a plus

Contract type and duration: CDD – 6 months

Candidates should have their administrative work done and should have the authorization to work in France.
