The role
About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICC Court) and work with our case management team based in Singapore.
You responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily mail (preparation of letters, correction, formatting, sending out emails and express courier letters);
- Archiving electronic and paper documents;
- Following up with cases under the supervision of case management team;
- Managing the database for the procedures of the ICC Court;
- Preparing ICC Court’s documents and notification of ICC Court’s decisions.

Requirements
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Are comfortable with organisation functions and have previous administrative experience (ideally in an international environment and/or a law firm or the legal field);
- Are proficient in written and spoken English (fluency in other languages widely spoken in South Asia would be desirable);
- Are a team player, but be able to work autonomously;
- Are well-organised, efficient, and proactive;
- Have excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office programmes.
