Internship – WCF/NC, Global Partnerships and Development (Paris)

The role
The Global Partnerships and Development is looking for a motivated intern to contribute to the development and support of the department’s activities, including:
- Support the activities related to the WCF meetings, its governing bodies, WCF Women’s Council and Task Forces.
- Support the activities related to the prospection of new WCF members and affiliates, including research about potential target countries/chambers
- Conduct research on different topics related to WCF projects
- Support with ICC National Committees (NCs) and Membership factsheets/data updates, briefing notes, update and organization of online files.
- Support in administrative tasks related to meetings with NCs
- Support in checking NC websites and research projects
- Support in preparing .ppt presentations

Requirements
Do not hesitate to apply if you:
- Are a fluent English speaker with strong writing and organizational skills, who is meticulous in carrying out the required duties. English is the working language, but French as well as other languages are highly recommended.
- Have solid time management skills, excellent communication skills (written and oral), and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Are comfortable with responsibility, motivated and strong IT and social media skills are necessary to perform successfully in this position. The intern’s experience will also include both administrative and substantive tasks.
- Are a team player who is highly interested in gaining experience in an international environment with a dynamic globally focused team.
Terms and conditions
Important information before applying:
- You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
- Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
- Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
- Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
- Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
