The role

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team based in Paris. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, coordinating employment administration, contracts, compliance processes, people data and reporting, while contributing to recruitment and employee experience initiatives across the organisation.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

HR administration, contracts and compliance

  • Coordinate employment contracts, amendments, immigration processes, and employee lifecycle documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR files in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support HR compliance activities, including probation tracking, work authorisations and audits.
  • Respond to employee and manager queries on HR policies, processes and administrative matters

Employee experience

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, and induction programmes for new joiners
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events and wellbeing activities.
  • Assist with learning and development administration, including training coordination and tracking.
  • Prepare HR communications, presentations and employee information materials.

HR data, reporting and systems

  • Maintain HR systems, databases and reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Produce regular HR reports, dashboards and workforce metrics.
  • Support data audits, reporting requirements and people analytics activities.
  • Contribute to improving HR processes, systems and ways of working.


Talent and HR operations support

  • Provide operational support for talent programmes, workforce planning and performance management activities.
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of internal mobility, promotions and organisational changes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.


Additional responsibilities

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and take on additional responsibilities as required to support evolving organisational priorities.

Requirements

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have experience in HR administration, employee lifecycle processes and HR data management;
  • Have working knowledge of French employment law and HR compliance requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge in day-to-day HR administration and employee support;
  • Can research, analyse and present information clearly;
  • Are highly organised and able to manage multiple activities, deadlines and contributors;
  • Take a proactive and reliable approach to monitoring progress and following up on actions;
  • Are able to build effective working relationships across different functions and cultures;
  • Are detail-oriented, adaptable and collaborative, with a practical approach to problem-solving
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French (fluency). Another language would be an asset.
