The ICC World Chambers Federation (WCF) is offering sponsors a unique opportunity to get their key messages across to businesses from around the world during the 7th World Chambers Congress.

This biennial event, taking place 8-10 June in Mexico City, is the only international forum for chamber of commerce leaders to develop and strengthen partnerships with other chambers and their member companies.

This gives sponsors, such as the Qatar Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Torino Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a platform like no other from which to directly reach out to a wide variety of business organizations.

“Sponsoring the 7th World Chambers Congress is a global branding opportunity to promote the State of Qatar and our successful stories,” said the Chairman of the Qatar Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Jassim Al-Thani.

“We are committed to strengthening partnerships with other chambers and business communities and we believe that sponsoring the 7th World Chambers Congress also provides a unique opportunity to share best practices,” he said.

Both the Qatar and Torino chambers are Diamond sponsors, securing them wide exposure at the Congress, which is set to draw more than 1500 international delegates.

“Sponsoring the 7th World Chambers Congress will be an important occasion for the Torino Chamber of commerce to promote its international marketing projects,” said Alessandro Barberis, President of the Torino Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

“Through this sponsorship, we expect to widen our international network of contacts and to improve our services by participating in innovative projects aimed at supporting globalisation,” Mr Barberis said.

Positive results bring sponsors back. The United Nations Procurement Division will be a two-time sponsor this year, following up on its experience sponsoring the World Chambers Congress in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2009. The organization is using the event to reach chambers and their small- and medium-sized enterprises, or SMEs.

A range of sponsorship options are available to suit all sponsorship needs. A bronze sponsorship, for instance, costs only €1,000 and includes both entry to the Congress and the use of the sponsor’s logo on all Congress materials.

Congress organizers have already had to expand the exhibition area due to demand. Businesses should grab this opportunity to network and showcase their products and messages to numerous global decision-makers.
