Internship – Project Analyst, Secretariat General of ICC (Paris)

The Secretariat General of ICC is currently recruiting a Project Analyst intern to assist with transformation projects (6 months internship) in Paris.

The Secretariat General of ICC is currently recruiting a Project Analyst intern to assist with transformation projects (6 months internship) in Paris.  


The role involves, business and administrative tasks including: 

  • Provide support to the Project Management Officer (PMO) Head of Transformation and team involved in transformation taskforces 
  • Assist the PMO in the continuous maintenance and development of the project management platform 
  • Coordinate workstreams between different projects and teams especially with the PMO 
  • Assist in building and updating project road maps, as well as monitoring and following up on action items, key milestones, etc. to ensure on-time project delivery  
  • Support project managers to produce status reports of a high-quality as well as producing & improving project artifacts (business case, project charter, etc.) 
  • Assist in the organisation and facilitation of process improvement workshops by coordinating with participants, preparing materials, and consolidating identified processes and pain points into visual process charts  
  • Conduct market research and assess business cases to determine if a new project/product idea/opportunity is desirable, viable, achievable 
  • Analysing competitors’ offerings and strengths and weaknesses as well as risks, dependencies, complexity and resourcing requirements of potential opportunities  
  • Attend calls with high-level stakeholders, to be followed up by sharing meeting summaries and corresponding action items of key deliverables  
  • Produce high level materials: PowerPoint presentations, reports, summaries, etc.  
  • Any other activity as might be needed within the transformation projects   


  • Master’s degree 
  • Perfect fluency in oral and written English. Very good command of French 
  • Organisation and reactivity 
  • Ability to communicate with high level stakeholders and join venture partners 
  • Strong presentation skills – straightforward and analytical approach 
  • Project Management capabilities 
  • Computer literate and willingness to work in a digital environment 
  • Research and analysis: analysing and integrating data from varied sources to deliver concise and insightful reports 
  • Advanced Excel User 

Important information 

The candidate needs to still be registered as a student during the time of the internship. Recent graduates who are not anymore enrolled in an educational program are therefore not eligible to do an internship at ICC. 

Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland should get an appropriate visa from the French consulate. Interns are also required to handle their own travel/accommodation arrangements for the duration of their stay. ICC is not in a position to provide scholarships/fellowships. 

The 6-month internship programs are full-time, and the average working week is 35 hours. 

The intern will receive a monthly gratification of about EUR 630 gross + meal vouchers + partial compensation (70%) of public transport costs.
