The role
We are seeking a Project Officer to join the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR (“the Commission”) on a fixed-term contract (CDD) of seven months, starting 1 September 2026. You will support the coordination and delivery of the Commission’s global activities, ensuring high-quality stakeholder engagement, operational excellence, and impactful outputs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Stakeholder engagement and Commission coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination for delegates, national committees and Commission bodies.
- Drive clear, timely communications and ensure effective follow-up on membership lifecycle (appointments, renewals).
- Maintain accurate, reliable Commission data to support decision-making.
Commission operations
- Review and editing high-quality Commission materials (briefings, reports, meeting documents) ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Consolidate inputs and translate them into clear, actionable outputs.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of Commission activities.
Event delivery and participant experience
- Support the end-to-end delivery of high-impact Commission meetings and events (in-person, virtual, hybrid).
- Oversee participant journey (invitations, registration, interactions) to ensure a seamless experience.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver professional, well-run events at scale.
Digital presence and visibility
- Maintain and enhance Commission platforms and tools (CRM, apps, online spaces).
- Support content promotion and visibility in line with ICC standards.

Requirements
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have one to three years’ relevant experience in events, project coordination or operations, preferably in an international environment;
- Communicate fluently in English and French, with strong drafting skills (additional languages a plus);
- Are comfortable working with digital tools and systems (MS Office, CRM, virtual event platforms);
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
- Are reliable, proactive and detail-oriented, with a high standard of delivery;
- Show a strong client and stakeholder focus, with good interpersonal skills;
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- Are flexible and willing to support peak activity periods, including during major events.
