The role

We are seeking a Workplace Services Manager to lead ICC’s workplace services function at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris. Reporting to the Operations and Strategy Lead, you will lead a team responsible for front-of-house services, workplace operations, facilities and meeting spaces, ensuring a safe, efficient and professional environment for employees, visitors and partners. Combining operational leadership with a continuous improvement mindset, you will play a key role in shaping the future workplace experience at ICC.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

Workplace services and experience

  • Lead ICC's workplace services function, ensuring a professional, efficient and stakeholder focused experience for employees, visitors and delegates.
  • Assume overall responsibility for meeting, conference and event operations, coordinating facilities, hospitality, technology and service delivery.
  • Manage and develop the Workplace Services team, driving service excellence, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the utilisation, maintenance and evolution of meeting rooms and conference facilities to meet organisational needs.
     

Facilities, building operations and procurement

  • Oversee the operation, maintenance and safety of ICC premises, supporting projects to enhance the workplace/office environment, building infrastructure, and employee experience.
  • Lead supplier, procurement and contract management activities, ensuring service quality, value for money and business continuity.
  • Ensure effective management of hospitality services, workplace security, visitor access, badge administration and operational compliance.
     

Workplace strategy and continuous improvement

  • Lead workplace improvement and transformation initiatives, including office reconfigurations, service enhancements and future workplace projects.
  • Establish and monitor workplace service standards, policies and performance measures to drive a consistent and high-quality user experience.
  • Partner with Information Services Department and other key stakeholders to enhance workplace technology, promote digitalisation and support the long-term evolution of ICC's workplace environment.

Requirements

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Bring significant experience in workplace services, facilities management, office operations, building management or a related field.

  • Can demonstrate successful people leadership experience, ideally within an operational or customer-facing environment.

  • Possess a strong understanding of building maintenance, contractor management, procurement, facilities operations and workplace compliance.

  • Have experience managing suppliers, service contracts and third-party service providers.

  • Can demonstrate strong stakeholder management, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on operational leadership.

  • Are able to communicate fluently in English and in French.

  • Are comfortable working in a highly operational environment that requires regular on-site presence and engagement with employees, visitors and service providers.
