How do the ICC Centres of Entrepreneurship in the Americas work? 

ICC Centres of Entrepreneurship in the Americas region work with local businesses, chambers of commerce, academic institutions, intergovernmental and governmental agencies, to enable local entrepreneurs in the Americas region to expand their operations to global markets.  The hubs provide support to develop the skills of young people who face uncertain employment prospects, and mentor local start-ups and entrepreneurs that builds the foundation for the next generation of business leaders in the Americas to compete and flourish in the global economy. 

ICC Centre of Entrepreneurship in Bogota 

The Centre of Entrepreneurship in Bogotá is hosted by INNOVALAB, the Business Innovation, and Design Centre of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce, ICC’s representative chamber in Colombia. 

The Centre of Entrepreneurship promotes business activity in Bogotá and the wider region contributing to the city’s reputation as the “Entrepreneurship Capital” of Latin America. 

The Centre’s mission is to support, prepare, connect, and mobilize the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders, enabling people with opportunities to build meaningful livelihoods. In addition, it works with the global programs of the Centre of Entrepreneurship. 

Programs in Bogotá include GoFest, Innovatalks, Virtual Training about innovation and entrepreneurship, and Knowledge Management Programs.

ICC Centre of Entrepreneurship in Buenos Aires

Launched in partnership with Cámara Argentina de Comercio y Servicios and Usina de Emprendedores, the ICC Centre of Entrepreneurship in Buenos Aires aims to prepare the next generation of entrepreneurs in the southern cone of Latin America. 

The hub works with local businesses, chambers of commerce, academic institutions, intergovernmental and governmental agencies, to enable local entrepreneurs in the southern cone of Latin America to expand their operations to global markets.  From developing the skills of young people who face uncertain employment prospects, training entrepreneurs, organizing business roundtables and webinars, to mentoring local start-ups and entrepreneurs, the Colombia Hub provides the foundation for Latin American business leaders to compete and flourish in the post-COVID global economy.
