Chamber Pulse 2026

Navigating uncertainty, embracing AI

Trade uncertainty and geopolitical tensions have become the new realities of doing business today, not a temporary disruption. Drawing on a survey of more than 350 chambers across 113 economies – the widest reach in the series so far – Chamber Pulse 2026 reveals that businesses are adapting rather than retreating, while the race to adopt AI reshapes how they compete.

About the ICC WCF Global Economic Survey

The Global Economic Survey is the world’s largest survey of chambers of commerce, run each year by ICC and our World Chambers Federation. Chambers sit close to the businesses they represent, offering a frontline view of economic realities.

Chamber executives report on current economic conditions, the main constraints businesses face, their outlook, and challenges and opportunities in key areas including trade, AI and climate. Results are published annually as ICC Chamber Pulse.
