Privacy Policy – Donorbox application
Donorbox is an application that enables ICC to collect funds from its network to finance Care for Colleagues Campaign. Funds raised will contribute toward accommodation and meeting the basic needs of our ICC colleagues from Afghanistan.
This Privacy Policy will explain how ICC (hereafter “ICC” or “we”) uses the personal data we collect from you.

Data collected by ICC is name, email address and amount of donation.

You directly provide ICC with the data we collect and process when you voluntarily complete the form.

ICC collects your data so that we can email you to thank you for your donate and also to communicate updates regarding the campaign. You may be contacted by ICC partners involved in this campaign if you agreed so. You can unsubscribe any time.
- How do we store your data?
ICC data is hosted in Microsoft Azure.
- What are your data protection rights?
ICC would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
- The right to access – You have the right to request ICC for copies of your personal data.
- The right to rectification – You have the right to request that ICC correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request ICC to complete information you believe is incomplete.

- The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that ICC restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
