Kiev Arbitration Days 2013: Think Big!

The ICC International Court of Arbitration is a partner of the 3rd edition of the Kiev Arbitration Days 2013 (KAD 2013).

KAD 2013 conference, conducted under the auspices of the Ukrainian Bar Association, will take place on 14-15 November 2013 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kiev, Ukraine.

The conference will bring together world-class dispute resolution practitioners and prominent arbitration experts to discuss problems and perspectives of international arbitration. Last year’s edition attracted 150 participants from 19 countries.

KAD 2013 will be conducted in its traditional format: with Day 1 being devoted to international commercial arbitration and Day 2 focusing on international investment arbitration.

Day 1, José Ricardo Feris, Deputy Secretary General at the ICC International Court of Arbitration, will explain the role of experts in the decision making process of tribunals.
Day 2, Darya Rigaud, Deputy Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration, will focus on the chances and risks associated with government contracts and political risk insurance.
