ICC to partner with Opus 2 to shape future of dispute resolution

The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is to partner with leading legal technology specialist Opus 2 to deliver a pioneering case management system. The platform development follows the 2022 launch of ICC Case Connect, a first-phase ICC case management platform connecting parties, arbitral tribunals and the ICC Secretariat.

The new platform, powered by Opus 2, will complete the overhaul and consolidation of several internal systems currently in use, in line with ICC’s goal to bring case management online. The platform will be the first of its kind to manage the scale and complexity of cases managed under the ICC Rules of Arbitration and ADR.

Expected to launch in 2024, the new ICC Case Connect, powered by Opus 2, will facilitate connections between ICC’s global network of over 8,000 arbitrators and the more than 10,000 party representatives involved in ICC cases at any given time, enabling them to focus on their key business activities with complete peace of mind.
