The ICC Institute of World Business Law is pleased to announce that for the very first time the annual PIDA Training on International Commercial Arbitration will be conducted in both English and Arabic.

The PIDA training will take place in Paris from 10-12 June. Attendees will gain a thorough understanding of the ICC Rules of Arbitration, the practice of international commercial arbitration, preparation and drafting of requests for arbitration, the answer to the request submitted to the Arbitrary Tribunal, selection and appointment of appropriate arbitrators, and the role of the ICC International Court of Arbitration Secretariat.

“We are very pleased to be able to offer this year’s seminar with simultaneous translation in Arabic. The training will be conducted by leading authorities in the field and we hope to foster an international and multi-cultural environment,” said Antonias Dimolitsa, Founding Partner, Antonias Dimolitsa & Associates, Greece, Vice-Chair of the ICC Institute of World Business Law and Co-Chair of the seminar.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn from some of the world’s leading experts in arbitration. To complement the training and encourage networking opportunities for participants, a full slate of social events has been planned over the three-day period.

Participants are eligible for CPD and CLE credits, as well as CNB hours for the Paris bar exam.

Space is limited to a maximum of 50 participants, so now is the time to register for the few remaining seats.
