Celebrating International Women’s Day
ICC is celebrating International Women's Day today continuing efforts to draw attention to the need for cooperation among governments, business and other stakeholders in addressing the gender gap.
International Women’s Day also marks the fourth anniversary of ICC’s staff-driven initiative World Business Women (WBW), which aims to bring the benefits of gender diversity and balance to the world business organization.
Business and society-at-large stand to benefit by including and engaging women more fully into the both the labour force and leadership roles.
ICC Secretary General and WBW champion John Danilovich said: “Business and society-at-large stand to benefit by including and engaging women more fully into the both the labour force and leadership roles.”
