Open Consultation-Internet Governance Forum (IGF) The following is the output of the real-time captioning taken during the 13 May 2009 open consultations of the IGF. Although it is largely accurate, in some cases it may be incomplete or inaccurate due to inaudible passages or transcription errors. Thank you.

A suggestion may be in the context of dealing with the rights issues that it would seem and the paper I think outlined this, that some of those issues seemed to relate very closely to the day where the panel session where we are talking about cybersecurity, privacy, individual rights are an important component of that discussion and that may be one way to incorporate those issues into an existing session.

And also another idea would be that would be an opportunity to talk about the work that’s being done in this area internationally already and some of the consensus that may have developed out there and bring those learning’s into the session. So I think there is a nexus to some of the existing topics already without making it a completely new topic.
