SDG Business Forum

The United Nation General Assembly (UNGA) high-level week took place from 23-27 September in New York, setting the global agenda on an array of global issues, from peace and security to sustainability and finance. Led by ICC Secretary General John W.H. Denton AO and ICC Chair Paul Polman, ICC was actively involved in a number of high-level meetings on financing, health coverage and small island developing states as the institutional representative of 45 million companies in over 100 countries.

As part of the United Nations (UN) High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development in New York, the SDG Business Forum gathered governments and business leaders to take stock on progress made so far on the SDGs.

As we reach the end of what has been a landmark year for the world business organization, we’ve selected some of 2017’s most memorable moments.

The second annual SDG Business Forum took place at United Nations Headquarters in New York this week during the ministerial segment of the High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) on Sustainable Development.
