Launch conference of the ICC Mediation Rules in Kuala Lumpur

In-house counsel, company executives and management staff, lawyers, mediators and other dispute resolution specialists wishing to learn more about the new ICC Mediation Rules will have the opportunity to do so by attending the ‘ICC Mediation Rules 2014 Launch Seminar: Best practices in international commercial mediation’. This event is part of a series of regional launches of the new ICC Mediation Rules worldwide.

The rules and how they are intended to operate in practice will be presented by members of the taskforce which drafted the new rules, the Chair of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and by a representative of the ICC International Centre for ADR.
