Seeking to foster interaction among business leaders, the technology community, trade negotiators and scholars, the Intelligent Tech & Trade Initiative (ITTI) is a multimedia project launched by ICC Brazil last September at the WTO Public Forum in Geneva.
ICC Executive Board member and Chairman of ICC Brazil Daniel Feffer will take part in the panel discussion alongside Rebecca Liao of Skuchain, Jan Hoffman of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, Daniel Godinho of WEG industries, Stella Loiacono of IBM, Marcos Troyjo from Columbia University and Gabriel Petrus of ICC-Brazil.
ITTI will present its first Discussion Paper addressing the relationships between AI and infrastructure investment, and political economy considerations on how to select AI curators when establishing parameters.
Looking forward, the paper proposes a number of “App Tracks”, a set of next steps summarizing inputs that deal with the most important technological, diplomatic, regulatory and business challenges, that must be considered when developing trade-related blockchain and AI applications.
The panel discussion takes place today at 9:00 am local time and can be watched live via web streaming (Breakout room 1, Belgrano).
