One Congress plenary session, “A world in crisis”, will consider how business can adapt to meet the challenges of crises affecting the world today. The session will be led by Joost
Hiltermann, Chief Operations Officer for the International Crisis Group, along with Alexander Likhotal, President of Green Cross International, Datuk Seri Mohamed Iqbal Rawther, Chairman of the UN ESCAP Business Advisory Council, and Alan Leibman, CEO, Kerzner International.
Leading experts in non-profit operations will contribute to the Congress’ education component. Greg Melia, Chief Membership and Volunteer Relations Officer at the Center for Association Leadership, will lead a session on membership and Vernetta Walker, Vice-President at BoardSource, will lead a session on how organizations can prepare and plan for leadership succession.
The 2013 World Chambers Competition finals are also set to showcase the innovative projects that chambers are implementing worldwide in their efforts to remain relevant and dependable for small- and medium-sized enterprises.

Online registration for the ICC World Chambers Federation Congress and the ICC World Trade Agenda Summit will remain open until 17 April. Thereafter, registration closes and opens again on-site in Doha on 22 April. The Congress is currently providing special rates for least developed countries and African continent delegates.
