The amended cost scales that become effective on 1 January 2017 are available.

The filing fee has been increased from USD 3,000 to USD 5,000. In the scale of administrative expenses, changes have also been made to the percentages applicable to the lower and the top tranches of the amount in dispute, and the maximum amount for administrative expenses has been raised to USD 150,000. No changes have been made to the scale of arbitrator’s fees.

Proceedings conducted under ICC’s new Expedited Procedure Rules will be subject to separate cost scales set forth in Appendix III of the ICC Arbitration Rules that enter into force on 1 March 2017 .
