Financial Administration Officer – ICC Dispute Resolution Services (Paris)
We are seeking a motivated Financial Administration Officer to join our Dispute Resolution Services and to assist case management teams in administering the financial aspect of cases.

We are seeking a motivated Financial Administration Officer to join our Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) and to assist case management teams in administering the financial aspect of cases.
The role
Reporting to our DRS Operations Manager, you will:
- Coordinate with our 12 case management teams to ensure the financial administration of cases is performed in accordance with the Rules, Notes and internal practices;
- Perform financial case management tasks including but not limited to processing credits, payment of arbitrator fees, arbitration expenses, ICC administrative expenses, revenue recognition, case closing;
- Liaise with the Finance department to provide the necessary elements for invoicing (including VAT application) and management of banking instructions, prepare associated financial case documents and conduct data entry;
- Coordinate with internal and external case stakeholders relevant to financial/ administrative case management tasks (case management teams, training and support staff, parties, arbitrators, administrative secretaries, personal assistants, DRS stakeholders, Legal Services, Finance, ICC Hearing Centre). Manage any financial administration issues raised by stakeholders;
- Support DRS financial and administrative process optimisation initiatives (documenting standard operating procedures, internal coordination, meeting organisation/participation, monitoring service delivery, staff and user support, exploring optimisation opportunities, testing new processes, ticketing, etc.);
- Any other tasks that may result from process optimisation initiatives.
Requirements

- Hold a degree or diploma in a discipline relevant to this position and/or experience in handling financial data, billing or client services;
- Can demonstrate strong numerical, administrative and interpersonal skills;
- Are a fast learner who is motivated to acquire in-depth functional knowledge of arbitration financial practices, processes and tools. Familiarity with financial and case management tools is a plus.
- Are proficient in Microsoft tools;
- Are detail oriented, autonomous and accountable with problem-solving capabilities;
- Possess excellent organisational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
- Are able to meet reporting obligations, communicate effectively with teammates and adopt a transparent, coordinated approach to tasks and projects;
- Can demonstrate full proficiency in English and French. Another language/s is a plus.
