Assistant, case management – ICC Dispute Resolution Services (Hong Kong)
We are recruiting a motivated Assistant to support our case management team based in Hong Kong.

We are currently recruiting an Assistant to join our case management team in Hong Kong.
The role
The role involves administrative tasks, including:
- Daily mail (preparation of letters, correction, formatting, sending out emails and express courier letters, tracking expeditions);
- Electronic and paper archiving;
- Follow up of cases under the supervision of lawyers;
- Database management for the Court procedures and use of an online platform to administer arbitration disputes;
- Preparing ICC Court’s documents and notification of ICC Court’s decisions.
Your profile
- Preferably previous experience in an international or legal environment.
- Excellent oral and written English skills to work on legal documents. Fluency in other languages widely spoken in North Asia, such as Mandarin, would also be desirable.
- Well organised, efficient, and able to work autonomously and take initiatives.
- Excellent computer skills (mainly Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to work in a multicultural team and fast-paced environment.
- Prior administrative experience.
