AI and Data Strategy and Implementation Lead – Transformation Office (consultant)
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AI Strategy and Implementation consultant to help shape ICC’s artificial intelligence work.

The role
Your role will involve using your legal expertise to shape our AI-driven transformation in ICC’s Dispute Resolution Services (“DRS”; arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution), creating a detailed DRS AI strategy, and aiding in its execution.
You will also be involved in shaping overall ICC AI and data strategy and work with our innovation lab on new AI-powered products and services.
- Dispute Resolution Services AI strategy and roadmap
- Analyse the arbitration value chain to identify areas where AI can transform services and enhance value.
- Develop an AI strategy specifically for arbitration services aligned with ICC’s world leading value proposition in the space of dispute resolution.
- Develop concrete implementation roadmap with clear prioritisation.
- Development of an ICC-wide AI strategy
- Define and help execute the organisation’s AI vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Build a plan to align AI initiatives with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- New AI-enabled products and services
- Work with the innovation lab to identify and develop new AI-enabled or AI-supported products and services.
- Diversification of revenue streams through AI innovation.
- Utilise data insights for product development and identify opportunities for data monetisation.
- The market introduction of new AI-driven products and services.
- AI implementation
- Lead the implementation of prioritised AI initiatives starting with arbitration initiatives to drive efficiency, innovation and transformation.
- Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and improve AI models and solutions.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or a combination of business, technology, Data Science, or a related field education is preferred.
- Six-year experience minimum in AI strategy and implementation, including leadership roles in AI and (legal) tech projects.
- Technical skills: expertise in AI technologies, data analytics, machine learning and AI model development and deployment.
- Industry expertise: demonstrated experience in arbitration or the legal industry is essential.
- Strategic skills: strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for developing business and AI strategies.
- Stakeholder management: excellent skills in building consensus across organisational levels, including C-suite, and fostering innovation within teams.
- Project management: proven ability to manage complex AI projects, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
- Innovation: experience with innovation labs in developing AI products and services, driving revenue growth.
- Data strategy: skilled in developing data strategies and leveraging data for business insights.
