Internship – Transformation Office (Paris)
We are looking for a motivated intern eager to gain experience in project management and strategic planning.

The ICC Transformation Office is looking for an intern to support the team in executing key strategic initiatives aimed at modernizing and enhancing the organization’s operations, processes, and services.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Innovation Lab to increase the impact of ICC’s existing product offering and drive the development of new products and services. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and analytical individual to gain hands-on experience in organizational transformation, project management, and strategic planning within a leading international organization.
The role
Tasks include:
Support the Product Innovation Lab:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Product Innovation Lab initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the ICC’s transformation goals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Project Management:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Track project milestones, risks, and issues, and help develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Assist in the development of change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Help create communication plans and materials to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, feedback, and insights.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree or PHD in Business Administration, Management, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French, Spanish or another languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Previous internship or work experience in project management, consulting, or a similar role is desirable but not required.
- Experience working in an international environment or with global teams is a plus.
Important information:
- Note that you must be enrolled in an academic institution and must provide a “convention de stage.”
- Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
- Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland should get an appropriate visa from the French consulate. Interns are also required to handle their own travel/accommodation arrangements for the duration of their stay. The ICC is not in a position to provide scholarships/fellowships.
- The six-month internship programmes is full-time and the average working week is 35 hours.
- The intern will receive a monthly gratification of about €750 gross + meal vouchers + partial compensation (70%) of public transport costs.
