Internship – Global Human Resources (Paris)
The Global Human Resources department of the International Chamber of Commerce is looking for an HR intern for a period of 6 months, starting from June 2023.

The Global Human Resources department of the International Chamber of Commerce is looking for an HR intern for a period of 6 months, starting from June 2023.
The role
The intern will assist with the high paced HR activities and will work under the supervision of the Global HR Director.
The intern will have the opportunity to actively contribute to different activities/projects, such as:
- Comp & Ben analysis
- HR indicators and dashboards
- Engagement Survey action plan and follow up
- Monitoring the dashboards with the recruitment data and KPIs
- Providing support in administering training plan
- Assisting with the HR projects such as competency and grids, review of job descriptions
Requirements
A Master student (M1 or M2 level).
- Result oriented and organised
- Able to have a critical thinking
- Confident in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluent in English and French

Important information
The candidate needs to be registered as a student during the time of the internship. Recent graduates who are not anymore enrolled in an educational program are therefore not eligible for an internship at the ICC. He/she (if national from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland) should get an appropriate visa from a French consulate.

Interns are also required to handle their own travel/accommodation arrangements for the duration of their stay. The ICC is not in a position to provide scholarships/fellowships.
The 6-month internship programmes are full-time and the average working week is 35 hours.
The intern will receive a monthly gratification of about EUR 700 gross + meal vouchers + partial compensation (70%) of public transport costs.
