Internship – Global Human Resources (Paris)
We are looking for a motivated Human Resources intern to learn from and assist with ICC’s high-paced HR activities, for a duration of six month.

About the internship
We are looking for a motivated Human Resources intern to learn from and assist with ICC’s high-paced HR activities. The internship is for a duration of six month, starting mid-March 2025.
The role
Under the supervision of the Global Human Resources Director, you will have a great opportunity to develop your capacity in various HR domains. Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with interview processes;
- Monitoring and updating dashboards with the recruitment data and KPIs;
- Handling – under the supervision of the HR Coordinator – the onboarding process and exit interviews for interns;
- Assisting with HR projects such as competency and grids, and the review of job description;
- Engagement survey (action plan and follow up).
Your profile
Do not hesitate to apply if you:
- Are a student completing your Master’s degree in human resources (M1 or M2 level);
- Are result oriented and well-organised;
- Can demonstrate critical thinking;
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment;
- Are fluent in English and have a good written and oral capacity in French.
Important information before applying
- You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
- Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
- Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
- Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
- Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
- Our interns receive a monthly gratification of about €900 gross + meal vouchers + partial compensation (70%) of public transport costs.
