Partnerships Manager, Global Impact Hub

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to support the development of strategic funding partnerships for ICC initiatives globally. In this role, you will identify and engage prospective partners, develop high-quality proposals and partnership materials, and support the cultivation of a targeted pipeline of opportunities. Working across the Global Impact Hub and Global Partnerships teams, you will help secure the partnerships needed to advance ICC's strategic priorities and global impact. 

The role will focus on building partnerships with foundations, philanthropies, corporates and development finance institutions to support initiatives in areas including trade enablement, SME growth, digital innovation, sustainability and inclusive economic development. As part of a growing and entrepreneurial team, you will contribute to projects that expand opportunities for businesses and communities in emerging economies, leveraging ICC's unique expertise, global network, and legacy.

Fundraising and pipeline development

• Support the implementation of the Global Impact Hub's fundraising strategy and contribute to annual income targets. 
• Identify, qualify and pursue funding opportunities with foundations, development finance institutions, bilateral and multilateral donors, philanthropies and corporates. 
• Develop and manage a pipeline of funding opportunities aligned with ICC's strategic priorities. Monitor donor trends, funding outreach and emerging opportunities. 
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing donors, partners and funding stakeholders. 
• Support donor engagement activities, including meetings, presentations and partnership discussions. 
• Contribute to the development of long-term partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Represent ICC at donor events, conferences and relevant external forums. 

 
Proposal development and positioning

• Prepare concept notes, grant applications, partnership proposals and donor presentations. 
• Ensure funding submissions are high quality, compliant with donor requirements and delivered on time. 
• Help shape compelling funding propositions and impact narratives tailored to different audiences. 
   

Pipeline management and internal collaboration 

• Track fundraising activity, pipeline progress and performance against targets, maintaining accurate records and reporting. 
• Support donor reporting requirements in collaboration with internal teams. 
• Work closely with programme teams to identify and develop funding opportunities for priority initiatives. 
• Coordinate with stakeholders across ICC to support fundraising and partnership activities.

Ready to join us?

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have over five years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, business development, philanthropy, or a related field; 
• Have a track record of supporting or securing significant funding partnerships with foundations, philanthropic organisations, development finance institutions or corporate partners; 
• Can demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and are comfortable engaging with senior leaders, donors and external partners; 
• Maintain a well-established professional network and a solid understanding of current trends in global funding markets across private sector audiences; 
• Have excellent project management, analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling proposals and presentations; 
• Are proactive, entrepreneurial and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; 
• Have excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of French, Spanish or another language would be an asset.
