The role

 

About the Role

The DRS Marketing and Promotion team promotes DRS services globally ensuring worldwide visibility. It coordinates the activities and events organised by the Regional Directors and National Committees. The team is also in charge of promotional events at HQ, including visits to the ICC Court: delegation visits for lawyers, in-house counsel, government representatives or National Committees.

ICC Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) is hiring a Marketing & Promotion Project Officer to support the ICC DRS Marketing and Promotion team in promoting ICC Dispute Resolution Services globally. The PO role includes the execution of promotion plans for specific projects, as well as day-to-day support to the team as well as to the Regional Director teams in promoting DRS activities regionnally. The project officer will work with all members of the DRS Marketing & Promotion and Global Development Team and collaborate, as necessary, with other internal teams, including ICC Global Comms and ICC Global Events to help achieve the promotion and marketing objectives.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Promote ICC DRS activities externally and internally, in order to raise the profile of ICC DRS and increase the level of engagement with key stakeholders
  • Support the development and implementation of promotion plans
  • Contribute to content development efforts aimed at broad audience reach and stakeholder influence through email campaigns and social media
  • Monitor CRM send outs, and customer journeys
  • Maintain the global DRS calendar and ensure that promotion of regional events runs smoothly to given deadlines
  • Support brand awareness for dispute resolution services and products, and online community building
  • Measure marketing campaign impact and exposure
  • Oversea social media communities by monitoring interactions, coordinating content scheduling, and ensuring consistent engagement aligned with brand guidelines
  • Prepare web posts to upload to our website, using a dedicated platform
  • Manage logistics for conferences, visits and meetings, including monitoring registration desk and preparing name tags

Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree level education ideally in marketing and communications
  • First successful working experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with full English fluency
  • Excellent knowledge of digital communications, social media and emerging digital platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, Cross-selling, sector trends
  • Experience in setting and delivering internal and external communication plans and content marketing campaigns
  • Experience in working with digital marketing software, tools, and methods
  • Skills to use computer tools are mandatory (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams Meeting, Internet, Zoom and PDF, Canva, Sharepoint, PowerBI.)
  • Knowledge of project management, analytics, design, and editing platforms
  • Prior work experience in the legal services industry in a similar role will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a rigorous attitude to work is necessary
  • Results-oriented and digital first approach
  • Ability to work independently and a generous team player
