The role
The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align the L&D programs with the business objectives and bring value to our teams. You will be responsible for managing the HRIS and LMS (Talentsoft-CEGID).
Main tasks and duties:
- Develop a wide array of professional learning programs and curriculum as part of the ICC L&D framework to align people development with business strategy.
- Ensure alignment with the leadership team regarding business needs and priorities in terms of L&D.
- Design and deliver upskills programs, workshops, and learning interventions to enhance employees’ knowledge, skills, and competencies.
- Define the best learning methodologies and format to meet diverse learning needs.
- Manage the L&D projects and campaigns including Engagement Survey.
- Oversee the HRIS and data dedicated to L&D purposes, including the LMS.
- Define and monitor appropriate L&D metrics to assess quality and success of training programs, report the relevant findings and propose improvements when required.
- Liaise with potential vendors/third parties to manage outsourced activities.
- Supervise the performance management and succession planning initiatives, assisting managers and ICC staff to attain optimal outcomes.
- Oversee the ICC L&D framework and competency matrices.
- Identify and map critical skills required for current and future business needs.
- Draft L&D related communications and presentations.
- Promote ongoing improvements and the implementation of best practices within L&D activities.
- Be aware of regulatory requirements pertaining to L&D in different ICC locations.

- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English (90% of your time and work will be in English) and fluency in French.
