Description

As the institutional representative of over 45 million businesses in more than 170 countries, the International Chamber of Commerce operates with a core mission to “make business work for everyone, every day, everywhere”. We act as the primary voice of the real economy in a range of intergovernmental organisations – from the World Trade Organization to the UN climate process – championing the needs of local business in global decision making. The convening power of our global network enables us to set rules and standards that facilitate over $17 trillion dollars in trade each year – as well as providing tailored products and digital services that directly address the real challenges faced by businesses operating internationally. We also provide the world's premier private global dispute resolution services, leveraging ICC's unique independence, integrity, and expertise.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and consolidate inputs.

Operational excellence

  • Maintain structured repositories on SharePoint/Teams to ensure centralised access to project documentation.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of standard templates (e.g. reporting slides, logs).
  • Translate unstructured information and rough notes into structured process diagrams (using tools like Visio, Miro, or PowerPoint) to support deep-dive analysis.
  • Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and version-controlled.

General administrative support

  • Facilitate and organise the planning and scheduling of workshops, training sessions and project meetings; managing calendars and invites.
  • Draft and circulate meeting agendas, notes and action points with the support of Copilot.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.

What we offer

  • A dynamic, collaborative and caring work environment in an international setting.
  • A hands-on experience in large-scale projects with real learning opportunities.
  • Partial work from home opportunities.
  • A monthly gratification of about €900 gross + meal vouchers + partial compensation (70%) of public transport costs.
