The role

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to help shape the future of our HR strategy and elevate the employee experience. This full time position is based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris, offering partial work from home opportunities.

 

Your responsibilities include:

 

Strategic HR Partnership.

Act as a strategic advisor and business partner to management, aligning HR objectives with organisational goals and providing ongoing HR guidance.

 

HR Operations & Workforce Planning.

Responsible for overseeing HR lifecycle processes, contributing to the design of ICC’s annual training plan, analysing workforce and organisational trends, and developing tailored HR solutions.

 

Employee Relations & Legal Compliance.

  • Address and advise on complex employee relations issues and support morale, retention, and productivity.
  • Assure compliance with collective agreements (e.g. management of return from maternity leave, retirement departures, internal mobility, etc.).
  • Develop and implement employee handbooks for office locations currently lacking standardised documentation

 

HR Innovation & Process Improvement.

  • Participate in designing and piloting agile HR tools and processes; share best practices across HR functions.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives in the main HR areas such as performance management, data analytics, people engagement and HR insights to guide decision-making.
  • Employee Support & Well-being. Establish yourself as the point of contact for employees, providing confidential support and counsel on sensitive issues impacting their workplace experience and well-being.

Requirements

Your profile

  • Proven expertise in HR in an international environment (5+ years)
  • Solid understanding of French and international employment law
  • Previous HRIS and ATS experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively to tight deadlines
  • Data and results driven
  • Detail and service oriented with a can-do attitude
  • Passionate about HR and People trends
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
