Consultant – Promotion of ICC dispute resolution services (DRS) Latin America M/F

The role
- Work closely to the Director for Arbitration and ADR, Latin America:
- Advising in the creation and execution of the annual business plan for Latin America
- Advising in the coordination of the ICC DRS activities in Latin America
- Building and maintaining durable relations with corporate counsel, corporate counsel associations, chambers of commerce and relevant State and State Entities
- Building and maintaining social media presence in Latin America
- Deliver presentations to key players in the legal and business community (including government representatives, corporate counsel and lawyers)
- Undertake research on latest developments in arbitration and prepare statistical reports with focus in Latin America
- Advise in the response to local queries regarding arbitration and other dispute resolution services pertaining to application of ICC Arbitration and ADR Rules
- Organize and participate in conferences and events, meetings, training sessions and Young Arbitrators and ADR Forum (YAAF) events in different cities and countries in Latin America
- Advise in marketing materials, make PowerPoint presentations, sponsorship brochures, flyers and coordinate the budget for ICC's arbitration events in Latin America
- Prepare articles, correspondence, and other material to promote ICC Dispute Resolution Services
- Advise in setting up regional and global programmes, liaising with speakers, sponsors, National Committees, Partners, etc.
Requirements
- Lawyer, preferably with at least 5 years of experience after graduation, preferably with knowledge of dispute resolution, particularly international arbitration
- Good interpersonal and social skills
- Availability to travel
- Great organization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Adobe Premier Pro and Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage)
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Due to the high number of different projects at the same time, excellent multitasking abilities are necessary
- Excellent oral and written Spanish an English are essential; fluency in Portuguese is an advantage.
Terms and conditions
Location: Any country in Latin America, except Brazil and Argentina
Contract type and duration: Consultancy agreement, 12 months with possibility to be renewed.
Start date: As soon as possible (ideally November 2025)
