The role

We are seeking an Assistant to join the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and work with its case management team dealing principally with cases in German and English.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

· Daily mail (preparation of letters, correction, formatting, sending out emails and express courier letters);

· Electronic and paper archiving;

· Follow up of cases under the supervision of lawyers;

· Database management for the ICC Court procedures;

· Preparing ICC Court’s documents and notification of ICC Court’s decisions;

· Support of the case management team during the transition to new tools and platforms.

Requirements

Do not hesitate to apply if you:

· Are well organised, efficient, and able to work autonomously with initiative;

· Have excellent computer skills (mainly Word and Outlook); · Are able to work in a multicultural team;

· Have some administrative experience;

· Possess excellent oral and written English and German skills;

· Knowledge of another language such as French is a plus.
