Assessment

After completing all learning modules, candidates take an exam based on the knowledge delivered through the GTC’s six core e-courses. ICC Academy examinations are proctored “live” via the Internet. The passing grade is set at 70%.

Candidates who pass the examination will be issued an accredited certificate for the programme and may use the “GTC” designation—the new global standard for trade professionals.

Exemptions for CDCS® and CDSG® holders

Holders of The London Institute of Banking & Finance’s Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists (CDCS®) and/or Certificate for Specialists in Demand Guarantees and (CDSG®) can access a core module pack using their credit exemptions at a special reduced rate. Professionals around the world can use this opportunity not only for career advancement but also to enhance international trade finance knowledge and master key aspects of products and services.
