Assistant – Court Session Coordination ICC Dispute Resolution Services (Paris)

The role
We are currently recruiting an Assistant to join the Secretariat of our ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICC Court) for a three-month contract. As part of the Court Session Coordination team, you will support the effective organisation and delivery of ICC Court sessions and related governance activities, while serving as a key point of coordination between the Secretariat and the members of the ICC Court.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the effective planning, coordination and delivery of ICC Court sessions and related governance activities;
- Acting as a key point of contact for ICC Court members, fostering a high-quality and responsive member experience;
- Contributing to the preparation and quality control of meeting materials, documentation and communications;
- Maintaining and enhancing the ICC Court's operational tools and platforms, including ICC Court Connect;
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of ICC Court records, databases and institutional documentation;
- Supporting the smooth execution of events and member-facing activities associated with ICC Court sessions;
- Contributing to the publication and maintenance of ICC Court-related information and resources;
- Provide broader operational and administrative support to the team, as required.

Requirements
We would love to hear from you if you:
Hold a bachelor's degree and have initial experience in an administrative, coordination or client-service environment;
Are fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities;
Take a proactive, service-oriented approach and enjoy finding practical solutions to day-to-day challenges;
Are comfortable working with digital tools and systems and are confident learning new platforms;
Thrive in a multicultural and collaborative environment;
Exercise sound judgement, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
