Chambers to unveil key innovations

  • 10 June 2010

Chambers from around the world are invited to join the fourth meeting of France’s local and regional chambers (CCIPRO) as they showcase their latest products and services on 1 - 2 July in Nice, on the French Riviera.

CCIPRO has been held every two years since it launched in 2004. The event is an invaluable forum for chambers of commerce, especially for those operating under mandatory membership systems, to profile new products and services that support the economic development of local businesses and regions.

WCF has supported CCIPRO since the event began, as they both share the same mission of fostering peer learning and promoting the best chamber practices.

CCIPRO offers a great opportunity for representatives of chambers to present a snapshot of their range of projects.

In 2008 CCIPRO attracted over 350 participants and around 50 products were exhibited.

This year’s programme focuses on networking and innovating together.  It includes workshops on an array of topics, from international trade to chamber expertise and cooperation.

CCIPRO will present 77 products and services designed for chambers of commerce that will be available on more than 60 stands. Almost 70% of these products and services consist of new innovation concepts.

Ten products and services will be selected for presentation to a jury and three will receive the 2010 awards, to be announced on 2 July.

A cocktail followed by a benchmarking evening will also take place.

CCIPRO offers two unique days of networking, learning about products and services, attendingworkshops, and social events.

All chambers of commerce are encouraged to register as soon as possible
