New Guide for enforcement of awards now available online
The new edition of the ICC Guide to National Procedures for Recognition and Enforcement of Awards under the New York Convention can now be consulted online in the ICC Dispute Resolution Library
With the recent addition of Myanmar, 149 countries have now adhered to the UN Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards. The ICC Guide is a practical tool giving information on local requirements and practices affecting the recognition and enforcement of awards in many of those countries. It describes relevant rules of procedure, case law and court practices.
