Court Session Coordination Assistant – ICC Dispute Resolution Services – Paris
ICC is recruiting a Court Session Coordination Assistant to liaise between the ICC Court Secretariat and its members through the organisation of weekly ICC Court sessions, bi-monthly Special Committee Sessions, ad hoc ICC Court sessions as well as the annual ICC Court Working Session.

The Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICC Court) is currently recruiting an Assistant to join its Court Session Coordination team, in charge of liaising between the ICC Court Secretariat and its 191 Court members through the organisation of weekly ICC Court sessions, bi-monthly Special Committee Sessions, ad hoc ICC Court sessions as well as the annual ICC Court Working Session which takes place in autumn.
The role
- Provide assistance to ICC Court Members (e.g. solving IT issues, updating contact information, replying to queries, handling requests etc.) and ICC staff members
- Assist the team with the preparation, formatting and review of documents for weekly Secretariat meetings and ICC Court sessions
- Support the team with events organisation activities such as making badges and nameplates, room set up, welcoming and assisting the ICC Court members
- Provide maintenance for the ICC Court Connect platform by :
- Preparing sign-up forms for Court Sessions
- Keeping our ICC Court Connect platform up to date – adding sessions to the homepage and updating the resources page
- Assisting the team with preparation of ICC Court Binders prior to sessions, prepping overview, list of participants etc.
- Carry out internal operations activities such as logging and archiving original documents of the ICC Court, managing the database (IcaBase) for ICC Court session purposes and preparing ICC Court minutes – Court decisions (Procès verbal)
- Contribute to the publication of arbitrator names on the ICC website using our CRM
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and some experience in an administrative role
- Fluent in both English and French
- Autonomous, well organised, rigorous, and attentive to details
- Capacity to understand all ICC Court session-related organisation
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a strong sense of customer service
- Ability to work in a multicultural team
- Respect for confidentiality
- Good drafting and written and oral communication skills are required
