Assistant, Swiss-Italian case management team – ICC Dispute Resolution Services (Paris)
The Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration is currently recruiting an Assistant to work with its case management team mainly focusing on Swiss-Italian cases.

The Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration is currently recruiting an Assistant to work with its case management team mainly focusing on Swiss-Italian cases.
The role
The roles involve administrative tasks including:
- Daily mail (preparation of letters, correction, formatting, sending out emails and express courier letters)
- Electronic and paper archiving
- Follow up of cases under the supervision of lawyers
- Database management for the Court procedures
- Preparing Court’s documents and notification of Court’s decisions
Requirements
The candidate will:
- be well organised, efficient, and able to work autonomously with initiative
- have excellent computer skills (mainly Word, and Outlook)
- be able to work in a multicultural team
- have some administrative experience
- possess excellent oral and written English and French skills
- ideally speaking Italian

Contract types and duration: CDI, full time
Remuneration: Competitive, contingent on skills and experience
