Internship – Brazil case management team (São Paulo)
ICC Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) is looking for a Dispute Resolution intern to join our case management team based in São Paulo, Brazil, for a six-month internship.

The role
Tasks include:
- Reading and drafting of documents related to arbitration cases in English
- Legal research and read legal documents in English and one of the languages listed below
- Translation of legal documents
- Ad hoc assignments as requested by the teams and the services of the Secretariat to which the intern may be assigned
Requirements
- The candidate needs to be a law student, preferably from the 3rd semester on.
- Preference will be given to students with prior arbitration academic experience.
- Fluent English is a requirement.

The duration of the internship is of six months and may be extended.

- Analisar e preparar minutas iniciais de documentos relacionados a procedimentos arbitrais em inglês e português
- Realizar pesquisas relacionadas a procedimentos arbitrais em inglês e português
- Tradução de documentos relacionados a procedimentos arbitrais em inglês e português
- Tarefas variadas solicitadas pela equipe da Secretaria
Qualificação
- Estar cursando Direito, preferencialmente a partir do 3° semestre
- Inglês fluente
- Experiência acadêmica com temas relacionados a arbitragem será considerado diferencial

As inscrições deverão incluir a seguinte documentação:
- Breve currículo descrevendo a experiência relevante para o estágio, bem como data prevista para conclusão da graduação em Direito
- Carta de motivação em inglês (máximo de uma página), destacando o interesse do(a) candidato(a) no estágio e em temas relacionados a arbitragem
A duração do estágio é de seis meses com possibilidade de extensão.
